Becca has been an absolute lifeline in supporting my neurodivergent daughter and our family. She has helped us navigate the assessment process, complete paperwork and understand what support is available. I honestly don’t know how we would have managed without her guidance and support. She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and understanding, and we will always be so grateful for everything she has done for us. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Amy - Parent
Asking Becca to work with my girls and me was never a difficult decision. Becca has supported my girls for a few years through their school journey and then when Becca started The Bird's Nest Consultancy I didn't give her time to approach me to see if I wanted to continue further support with the girls I straight away asked her as soon as she had her diary open to let me know. Poppy (age 10) is currently a 12 week block of drawing and talking therapy and I've seen such a positive change in her. Becca also supports Ruby (aged 8) who is on the pathway for a diagnosis of Autism and ADHD. Becca supports me at official meetings at school and is always there when I need to cry, vent or just unload. Becca goes above and beyond for us as a family and we would be truly lost without her.

Mrs Bird is kind, caring and generous. She has helped me cope with situations I can’t normally cope with and she always cheers me up when I am upset. She has helped me with reading, writing and spelling. I always look forward to seeing Mrs Bird.

Becca is absolutely lovely! My son absolutely loves spending time with her. She’s so friendly, welcoming and really adaptable to his individual needs, which makes such a difference for us, he is always happy and comfortable with her and genuinely enjoys going. It’s so reassuring knowing he’s with someone he enjoys being around and who understands him. I’d definitely recommend Becca.

Becca has been a great influencer, therapist and teacher for the girls. They both really love seeing her.
She has worked with Libby for a while now and I have noticed a massive improvement in Libby’s behaviour, self-esteem and abilities.
She goes above and beyond to help support the children and the whole family- always coming up with ideas and strategies.
Sometimes I feel Becca has listened when no one else has and has guided me into gaining the appropriate support and guidance my children need.
She is currently supporting me through getting a dyslexia and ADHD assessment which I have been trying to get for a long time.

We were recommended to holiday play days club by a friend whose son already attends and has so much fun. Since day 1 Becca put us as parents at ease as having a child with special needs and attachment issues can be tricky to find suitable holiday activities not only for us as parents to be able to have time together but for our daughter to build social skills and resilience away from us. Becca attentively listens to us as parents around additional support our daughter needs to participate in activities alongside her peers and makes this possible. We are so grateful to have found Becca and the bird's nest consultancy. It's a lifeline for families like ours and happily recommends Becca to other parents.

We have used the Bird's Nest Consultancy for a few months now. Our SEN child had been struggling in school and we were at a loss as to what to do for the best when efforts seemed to be lacking in his school setting.
We arranged a meeting with Becca and she was able to guide us through our options. No question was off limits and she was able to answer with impeccable confidence. From that first meeting she made us feel at ease and in control once more.
We arranged for our son to have some sand play therapy sessions with her. In no time we noticed a difference and our son is now becoming less dysregulated and outbursts are now less frequent. He seems to be doing a bit better at school also while we navigate the EHCP process.
Our son has also attended The Bird's nest holiday club and We would highly recommend for any parent of a child who would struggle in large groups. This club has opened up a new avenue for us during school holidays and we always feel at ease knowing that his needs will be met and outbursts would be a minimum.
If you have not tried a holiday club before because of your child's needs then I would definitely recommend you give this one a go!
The Bird's nest consultancy is quite simply one in a million!

My son thoroughly enjoyed the draw & talk sessions and always looked forward to spending time with you. Mrs Bird always welcomed both myself and my son with a warm, friendly manner and supported us both. I highly recommend this lovely lady.

Becca, well Mrs Bird in our household - we haven’t been able to get used to calling you Becca yet.
Mrs Bird has such a calm and gentle nature. Shes supported both Maizie and George, at different stages of their school years, providing a safe space for them to express their emotions, either through sand play or drawing and talking. Mrs Bird has not only supported the children she’s offered continuous support and coping mechanisms to us as a family, she’s had a huge impact on our lives and we are so very grateful to her.
We couldn’t have asked for any more flexibility and understanding in managing our complex family situation. She was always receptive to hearing my thoughts and concerns. She inspired trust and confidence in us all.
Maizie - Fledgling
Mrs Bird is kind and thoughtful to everyone she meets. She's helped me at school and now I'm looking forward to my next journey with her. If you have any worries she's the one to talk to.
