These services endeavour to provide therapeutic support and behavioural consulting with a view to helping parents, guardians and professionals understand, address and modify a child’s behaviour. The prices charged for our services are outlined on the website and can be updated from time to time. We will always provide a time-limited quotation for each new service we are asked to deliver which will specify both charges and payment terms.
We reserve the right to change our prices and correct any pricing errors without notice or consultation. Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of any services but without exception, full payment must be received prior to the delivery of each agreed service.

4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can change. If you wish to cancel or reschedule a consultation or service delivery appointment please provide us with at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of 50% and disruption to any agreed service delivery cycle. Please contact us directly to discuss rescheduling or cancelling your appointment and we will always do our best to help: we will always be understanding.

5. Retention of Right to Change Offerings
We may, without prior notice, change the services that we offer, stop providing some services or modify the content of the website. You should always check that you have consulted the latest version of the website prior to making any important decision.
