Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Custom Made Orders:
For custom-made items, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for processing. We will keep you updated on the progress and send you a notification once your order has shipped.
Delivery Time:
We aim to deliver within 2-5 business days for standard orders and 7-10 business days for custom-made items from the date of dispatch. If your order has not arrived after this time, please contact us to let us know. We recommend waiting up to 14 days, as sometimes delays can occur beyond our control.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address. We offer standard shipping, which may be via Royal Mail and Evti, or an alternate courier, depending on your location.
Domestic Shipping Only:
We currently only ship within the UK. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Delays:
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., public holidays, weather conditions, or postal strikes).
Returns and Refund Policies
Returns:
We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning anything, as we’ll provide instructions for the return process.
Custom Made Items:
We cannot accept returns for custom-made items, as they are tailored to your specifications. If your custom item arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue. When you get in touch, please supply photos of the damage to expediate the outcome.
Refunds:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange an item, please reach out, and we’ll assist you where possible. Please note, we cannot exchange custom-made items.
Digital Product Policy:
Delivery of Digital Products:
After purchasing a digital product, you will receive an email with a download link. You can download your digital item instantly after purchase.
Refunds for Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the download link has been accessed. Please ensure compatibility before making your purchase.
